Cop Pulls Student Over For Speed Helps Him Tie His Tie

Menomenie, Wisconsin police officer Martin Folczyk pulled over a speeding BMW recently and when the driver got out, his excuse was too good to ignore.

That driver was University of Wisconsin-Stout student Trevor Keeney, who calmly explained to the cop, "I have to get a tie tied. I have a presentation and thought my buddy was home but he's not, and I'm running behind."

Rather than brush off his explanation, Officer Folczyk tied the tie as he was running Trevor's license. Everything came back clean so he let the student off with a warning.

It turned out to be a pretty good day for Trevor - he wound up with a 92 on his outside sales presentation and also got an invitation to police HQ to learn how to tie a tie.
