Iguana pizza is now a thing in South Florida. Thanks to the invasive lizards dropping by the hundreds from trees during the state’s cold snap. A restaurant has put the iguanas to good use. Iguana trapper Ryan Izquierdo delivered a few reptiles to Bucks Coal Fired and then collabed with the eatery on iguana pizzas. The pizza is officially called “The Everglades” and is a regular pie with the delicacy to top it off. The trapper says iguana tastes like frog legs.
