Animal Shelter Is Raising Money With Drunk Raccoon T-Shirts

The raccoon that went viral for going on bender in a Virginia liquor store is helping raise money for a local animal shelter. While the raccoon has been safely released into the wild, the Hanover County Animal Protection and Shelter has been selling merch with an image of a splooted raccoon next to a spilled bottle of liquor. The "Trashed Panda" shirts, stickers, hoodies and tumblers have so far brought in more than $156-thousand for the shelter. The Trashed panda merch is available on the fundraising site Bonfire.
