“The Voice” has set its season 28 premiere date. The coaches will be Reba McEntire, Niall Horan, Michael Buble, and Snoop Dogg. The show returns on September 22 and “Brilliant Minds,” starring Zachary Quinto, will premiere right after the singing competition.
