Love Revival Church in Front Royal is opening a cooling station at 119 Chester Street starting Monday, June 23, from 12–3 p.m. daily. All are welcome to stop by and cool down in a safe, air-conditioned space with water.
As temperatures rise, WATTS is opening a Cooling Center to provide relief and support for adults experiencing homelessness in our community. The center will be hosted at Montague Avenue United Methodist Church, located at 102 Montague Avenue, Winchester, VA, from Monday, June 23 through Friday, June 27, operating daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the basement fellowship hall.
The Cooling Center offers:
- A refreshing, air-conditioned space to escape the heat
- Snacks, cold water, and bathroom facilities
- Phone charging stations for staying connected
