NOAA Exploration Finds A Car Inside The Sunken WWII Ship USS Yorktown

NOAA Exploration was exploring the sunken USS Yorktown at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean when they discovered something bizarre in the ship’s hangar. It was a car. The Yorktown, sunk during WWII, was an 809-foot-long aircraft carrier, known to host about 2,200 personnel, 90 aircraft and the car. NOAA believes the car is a “1940-41 Ford Super Deluxe ‘Woody’ in black.” Experts think the car was a staff vehicle.
