A partial solar eclipse will be visible in parts of the U.S. this weekend. NASA says the eclipse will be visible early Saturday from the Washington, DC area to eastern Canada, with Maine getting the best view. The eclipse will begin around 4:50 a.m. Eastern and end just before 8:43 a.m. Viewers are warned to wear protective glasses when viewing the eclipse. If you miss this one, the next partial eclipse in North America will occur in August of 2026.
