Retired San Francisco Police Sergeant Jay Rand, an avid football fan, completed his lifelong goal of visiting all 32 NFL stadiums when he recently attended a wild card game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Miami Dolphins at Arrowhead Stadium. His journey started with his favorite team, the Las Vegas Raiders, and expanded to visiting stadiums when the Raiders weren't playing. Rand says he prefers recently built stadiums like SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, and despite the cost, he describes his experience as living every man's dream.
